I cannot restore it from my side — your save file lives on your device, not on a server of mine. But the game itself has several safety nets: since version 1.06 it keeps backups on the device and automatically falls back to the last good one if a save is ever empty or damaged. If you deleted your shop by accident, open Settings right away — as long as you haven’t built anything new, the delete line turns into ‘Restore’. If you use the optional cloud save via Google Play Games (Settings → Cloud save), a fresh install on a phone with the same Google account fetches your progress back. Uninstalling without cloud save removes the progress for good. Purchases can always be restored via Settings → Restore purchases.

Usually the ad network simply has nothing available right now — that happens more often on a fresh install and in smaller markets. Try again a few minutes later. If the video runs to the end and the reward still doesn’t arrive, that is a bug: write to me with the time and the game version.

Yes — simply never tap an ad button. There are no ads between rounds, no banners and nothing that opens by itself. Every video is something you start deliberately to get a bonus, and the game is fully playable without a single one. Offline the ad buttons disappear entirely. In Restock Rush the optional Manager License lets you collect every video reward without watching the video.

In Restock Rush, yes — three optional one-time purchases in the shop: Manager License, Starter Pack and Auto-Collector. No subscription, no loot boxes, no random rewards, and nothing you already earned has moved behind a payment; everything in the game can also be earned by playing. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. If a purchase is missing after reinstalling, tap Settings → Restore purchases. For refunds, Google Play’s refund process applies — or write to me. Idle Bakery Tycoon has no in-app purchases.

Check the open/closed sign next to the door first: while it is red (closed), no new customers or thieves come in — one tap opens the shop again. Since version 1.10 closing asks for confirmation and the shop always opens again on restart. Also make sure at least one shelf has stock. If customers still stay away, write to me with your game version.

Thieves look like normal customers until they grab something from a shelf. At that moment they change their look, a ‘!’ bubble and an alarm sound appear — from then on you can tap them. Every catch brings you 8 coins; catch one while fleeing and the stolen item goes back onto the shelf as well.

From the autumn update on, the game can remind you of your daily bonus — only if you allow it, only between 9 am and 9 pm and at most once per evening. Switch them off under Settings → Notifications, or in your phone’s Android settings for the app.

Please write to me with the phone model, the Android version and what you were doing right before. Crash reports arrive automatically, but without knowing the device the report is often not enough. Nearly every fix in the last updates came in exactly this way.
